US-Bangla Airlines will operate flights from Dhaka to Malé, the capital of the Maldives, 6 days a week from October 31.
US-Bangla will operate flights from Dhaka to Male every day of the week except Thursday to facilitate the travel plans of Maldivians and tourists during the winter schedule due to increased passenger demand. A press release from the airlines on Saturday (October 22) has informed this.
It is to be noted that since November 19 last year, as the first airline in Bangladesh to serve expatriate Bangladeshi, US-Bangla Boeing 737-800 started operating three flights a week to Male. Currently, four Dhaka-Male flights are running. The number of tourists from Bangladesh to the Maldives is gradually increasing due to its blue beauty.
From next October 31, US-Bangla will leave Dhaka for the Maldives capital Male at 9 am every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday and every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 8:45 am, the flight will fly from Dhaka to Male.
Every Monday, Tuesday and Saturday at 1:20 PM local time in the Maldives, the US-Bangla flight will depart from Male’s Velena International Airport to Dhaka and every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 1:05 PM local time, the flight will depart from Male to Dhaka.
Currently, this private airline company fleet has a total of 16 aircraft, including 6 Boeing 737-800, 7 ATR 72-600 and 3 Dash 8-Q400 aircraft.
Apart from the Maldives, US-Bangla operates flights to Chennai, Kolkata, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Guangzhou, Sharjah, Dubai, Muscat and Doha. Besides, US-Bangla is operating flights on all domestic routes.
