“Dream trip to Padma Bridge” Tour Package Launched

Under the management of Bangladesh Tourism Corporation “Trip to Padma Bridge”  tour package has been launched. On Friday (July 22) afternoon, the Minister of State for Civil Aviation and Tourism Md. Mahbub Ali MP inaugurated the tour package in a ceremony organised at the Tourism Building.

Secretary of Civil Aviation and Tourism Ministry Md. Mokammel Hossain, Chairman of Bangladesh Tourism Corporation Md. Ali Kadar, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Tourism Board Abu Tahir Md. Jaber and various stakeholders related to tourism were also present at this time.

In the opening ceremony, State Minister Md. Mahbub Ali said that due to the construction of the Padma Bridge, the door for developing tourism facilities in South Bengal has been opened.

Domestic and foreign tourists are now able to visit Kuakata Beach, Sundarbans and other southern tourism centres in a short time. Various tourism facilities will be created on both sides of Padma Bridge through Bangladesh Tourism Corporation.

He also added that the Padma Bridge is a part of our history. This bridge has helped the Bengali nation secure a special place of pride and dignity in the world.

Due to the construction of this bridge under the strong leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, speed and prosperity in the economy of the entire country including South Bengal will be created.

It should be noted that the tour package titled ‘Dream trip to Padma Bridge‘ organized by Bangladesh Tourism Corporation will be conducted regularly every Friday and Saturday.

Through this trip, tourists can enjoy the beauty of Padma Bridge during the daylight, as well as enjoy the magnificent beauty of it in the evening and night.
