Vistara Airlines, a private full-service airline in India, has announced an increase in direct flights from Dhaka to Delhi. From 2nd September they will operate 2 additional flights on the Dhaka-Delhi route 2 days a week.
Vistara Airlines said that until now they were operating 1 flight in each day of the week on Dhaka to Delhi and Delhi to Dhaka routes. At present, they will operate 1 additional flight on Tuesday and Thursday. On these 2 days, the flight will depart from Delhi to Dhaka at 1:10 PM Indian local time and the flight will land in Dhaka at 3:45 PM.
The flight will depart from Dhaka at 4:45 PM for Delhi and reach Delhi at 7:55 PM local time. The Lowest rate of flights on the Dhaka-Delhi route is Rs. 21,572.
Currently, Vistara operates flights from Dhaka to Kolkata and Mumbai routes.
The service was supposed to start much earlier. However, many activities were halted due to the shock of the second wave of Corona in India. As a result, the start date of Vistara’s New Delhi-Tokyo direct flight was also postponed and finally commenced on 9th August.
